These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OU AI (the "app") and ou.chat, provided by Omazy. By creating an account or using OU AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use OU AI.
• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Generate or distribute content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
• Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting outputs.

AI-generated content

OU AI uses AI to generate responses. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them, and OU AI is not a substitute for professional advice, whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

Agents published by others

Businesses and individuals publish their own agents on ou.chat at their own handle. Those agents answer from their publisher's material, and the publisher is responsible for what they say. We are not a party to your dealings with a publisher, including any booking, purchase, or advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Omazy a limited license to process your content as needed to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

OU AI is free to start, and new accounts begin with a starting credit. If paid features are offered, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented before purchase, and purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms.

Termination

You may stop using OU AI and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omazy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
