External tools get access to named actions only. Every use is written to a log you can read, and you can pull the grant back at any point. A business agent never gets any of it.

Sign in with a code. No password to set or forget. Social sign-in if you prefer.
Try before you sign up. Start anonymously and claim the account later without losing anything.
Ask for deletion. Request erasure of your data from inside the app.
Shake to report. Something wrong on screen? Shake the phone and tell us there and then.
